Admin: Running Campaigns on an Agent's Behalf (Agent Credit Card Not Showing)
Agent’s card not appearing? It’s likely a permissions issue.
Agents can add their own credit card details to Properti to run agent paid campaigns.
If you (the admin user) are setting up a campaign for an agent and their credit card isn't available to select, it's usually because they did not allow admin access when adding their card.
When agents add a card to their billing settings, there is an option:
☐ Allow workspace admins access?
If this is not ticked, the card will only be visible to the agent and can’t be used by admins.
✅ How to fix it:

Ask the agent to go to Billing Settings

Have them remove the card they previously added

Re-add the card, and this time ensure they tick “Allow workspace admins access?”

Save the changes
Once that’s done, the card will be available for selection when launching a campaign on their behalf.
