      Agent User Setup: Join Workspace, Connect Social Media Accounts & Add Payment Method for Individual Campaigns

      This article here is to help Agent Users who have been setup by their Office Champion to complete their Properti User Setup.

      Go to https://dashboard.properti.ai/login

      Logging In - SSO


      *If you are apart of an SSO Company, please use your single sign on login credentials. Your company will display under SSO if this is applicable

      SSO - Single Sign On
      The agent can go to the Sign In page and select SSO - Single Sign On, where they can enter the same email address and password used to connect to their Franchise Domain.

      If this isn't applicable to you, please follow the Setup Password instructions below.

      Logging In - Not an SSO User


      Setup Password

      The agent needs to visit the Password Reset Link and enter in their email address so they can set their own unique password.

       


      Join Workspace - SSO

      Once you have logged in with your SSO credentials, you need to click on your Office and join the workspace.

      Once you have reset your password and signed in successfully with your credentials, you need to click on yout Office and join the workspace.

      Connect Social Media Accounts - Meta


      Navigate to the Apps Tab under account settings and start the connection for Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Below is a step-by-step guide.

      Hover over Step 1 and click on the   Update Profile Picture (1)  button where it will open up a new window with the steps showing so you can follow along as you go, ensuring that you have completed all steps.

        Connect Social Media Accounts - Personal LinkedIn

        Under the LinkedIn connection, select the "Connect" button. A new window will open to login with your LinkedIn credentials. Once this has been entered and saved, your LinkedIn will show as Connected.

        Hover over Step 1 and click on the   Update Profile Picture (1)  button where it will open up a new window with the steps showing so you can follow along as you go, ensuring that you have completed all steps.

        Add your Payment Method

        An Agent can add their credit card to Properti as a payment method for campaigns linked to the individual user.


        Visit Profile Billing to add your credit card details in. It is recommended to grant Admin users access should they run campaigns on your behalf.

         

        Note: If there are other users that require access to the same payment method, the Workspace Admin needs to go to Team and Assign Payment Method to the relevant Agent:
