Workspace: Agents – Custom Post Message Templates (Advanced Teams Only)

Customising post messages for agents is available under the automation settings.

🛈 This feature is only available for users on the Advanced Teams subscription.

Agents who want to customise their post messages with different text formatting for their posts or campaigns can do so through their automations.

  • For existing automations, post message text can be edited and formatted on the Build Action screen if the agent already has an automation set up.
  • For new automations, the Build Action screen in the automation setup allows agents to format their post message text specifically.

Tick "Use custom message template?" to enable custom fields for the specific agent.

Below the text box, click the arrow icon to view the available fields. Select the ones you’d like to use from the dropdown menu.

You can also click "Preview Custom Message" to ensure it displays correctly.


🔧 How to Customise Post Messages

For Existing Automations:

  1. Go to Automation Settings.

  2. Open the automation you’d like to update.

  3. On the Build Action screen, scroll to the Post Message section.

  4. Tick "Use custom message template?" to enable editing.

  5. Format your post text using standard tools and insert dynamic fields.

For New Automations:

  1. Start a new automation setup.

  2. On the Build Action screen, scroll to the Post Message section.

  3. Tick "Use custom message template?" to enable agent-specific fields.

  4. Below the message box, click the arrow icon to view available fields.

  5. Choose fields from the dropdown to insert into your message.

💡 You can click "Preview Custom Message" to check how your message will appear once live.
