Campaign Billing & Invoicing Process
Once a campaign is published, payment is processed immediately via direct debit. At the time of publication, both an invoice and a receipt are automatically sent to the billing contact we have on file.
Please note that we do not offer post-payment or invoice-later account options. All campaigns must be paid for upfront, at the time of publication.
This upfront payment approach aligns with the requirements of platforms like Meta, which require campaigns to be paid for as they go live. As a result, billing occurs immediately to ensure compliance and uninterrupted campaign delivery.
Monthly Reconciliation
To assist with trust account reconciliation, a detailed spreadsheet is sent to the billing contact on the 1st of each month. This includes a breakdown of all campaigns published in the previous month, categorised for accurate financial tracking and reporting.
