Canva App: CRM Listings feed from Properti

The listings shown in Canva App are fed through from Properti, with your CRM acting as the source of truth.

Properti uses your CRM as the source of truth. If a property isn’t appearing correctly in Canva, it's usually due to one of the following reasons:


1. Listing ID Reuse

If the same listing ID has been reused (e.g. a property was previously listed for sale and is now listed for rent), Properti may only recognise the most recent version.
As a result, only the latest data — such as rental details — will appear in Canva.


2. Portal Sync Settings

Each listing must have the Properti portal selected in your CRM to sync correctly.
If this isn’t ticked for either the sale or rental version, that listing won't be visible in Canva.


What to Do

Step 1:
Check your CRM and ensure the Properti portal is selected for both the sale and rental versions of the listing.

Step 2:
Confirm whether the same listing ID has been reused. If so, the newer listing will override the previous one in Properti.

Step 3:
If the sale version still doesn’t appear, you can manually enter the correct details into your Canva template as a temporary workaround.
