      Canva Connect: Edit/Update Template After Generating a Preview

      How to edit/update template in Canva after Import to Properti

      ⚠️ For Canva Connect users only. This is not applicable to Canva App.

      If you need to edit or update the template in Canva after generating the template preview in Properti, follow these below steps.

      1. Keep the Properti preview screen open.
      2. Open a new tab and go to Canva → Projects tab.
      3. Find the brand template, hover over it, click the three dots (⋮), and select Edit Brand Template.
      4. Make the necessary changes, including adding any new data fields.
      5. Republish the template:
      • If you see a "Republish Template" button (top right), click it.
      • If not, click "Share" → "Publish Brand Template" to update it in Properti.
        Return to Properti and check the data field mapping (if new fields were added).
        Generate the preview again by selecting a new listing/review to test the updates.

        The updated changes should now reflect in Properti.
