      Canva Connect: Listing Brochures

      This article provides a comprehensive tutorial on integrating Canva with Properti to create dynamic brochures for your property listings.

      Before getting started, check that you have a Canva Connect Enterprise Team with Properti. If you have any brochures that have been created in your offices' Canva account, share these over to your Canva Connect Enterprise Team so you can get started.

      Key Steps

      1. 1. Start by designing the brochure in Canva with relevant containers, layers, images, and property descriptions.
      2. Click on the Data Autofill button, select Custom, connect Canva to Data Autofill, and click Continue.
      3. Fill in data fields in Canva for each element in the brochure layout.
      4. Ensure all data fields are accurately applied to avoid issues with brochure generation.
      5. Publish the brochure as a brand template in Canva.
      6. Wait for the brochure to sync with Properti.
      7. In Properti, navigate to the branding tab, select custom templates, and import the brochure.
      8. Name the template with office details and dimensions, set creative type to digital brochure, and map data autofill boxes to their functions.
      9. Customise functions for agent details, property features, description, images, inspection date, and time.

      11. Test the template on a listing to ensure all information appears correctly.
      12. Create a brochure for a listing in Properti under the creative tab.

      • Double-check the mapping of data autofill boxes to their functions for accurate information display.
      • Verify the format of dates and times to prevent errors in the brochure content.
