Creating and Managing Reviews

This guide will help team members efficiently manage reviews within the Properti platform, including creating reviews manually, linking Google My Business, and posting reviews across various channels.

Key Steps for Creating and Managing Reviews

1. Access the Reviews Tab

  • Log in to the Properti platform.
  • Navigate to the Reviews tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard to access all review-related functions.

2. Manually Create a Review

  • Click on Create Review to start a new review.
  • Enter Review Details:
    • Customer Name: Add the name of the customer providing the review.
    • Review Type: Select the type of review (e.g., agent review, property review, etc.).
    • Review Content: Type or paste the review content.
    • Listing Agent: Assign the review to a specific listing agent.
    • Listing Details: Select the property or listing associated with the review.
  • Choose Creative: Select a creative for the review or leave this step as you can create these later. 
  • Click Save to save the review to your account.

3. Edit Review Fields

  • If you need to update or correct any information, click the Edit button on the review.
  • Edit fields such as listing, agent, or review type as needed.
  • Save the changes once you're satisfied.

    *Note: you will need to generate the creative again if you have already done this step as editing the review will not change the creative. 

4. Post the Review

  • If you have already created your review creative, navigate your way to Creative. Find the review creative you want to post. Select the share button under the creative.
  • Select the Posting Platform: Choose where to post the review, such as stories, or specific social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Change Description (Optional): If necessary, add a custom description or message to complement the review.
  • Schedule or Post Immediately: You can either schedule the post for a specific time or post it immediately by selecting the appropriate option.

5. Link Google My Business Feed

  • Connect Google My Business: Navigate to the Google My Business settings within the Properti platform.
  • Connect Account: Select your Google My Business account and press Connect to link the feed to your Properti account.
  • Manage Google Reviews: Once connected, you can manage reviews directly from your Google My Business feed. New reviews will automatically appear, and you can engage with them as needed.

6. Automate Posting Reviews

  • Set Up Automation: Automate the process of posting five-star reviews on creative tiles or other formats.
  • Set Criteria for Automation: Define the criteria for when reviews should be posted automatically, such as posting only five-star reviews or posting reviews from specific platforms.
  • Once set, the system will automatically post reviews according to your specified rules and criteria.

Cautionary Notes

  • Accuracy of Review Details: Ensure all review details, including customer name, content, agent, and listing, are accurate before posting.
  • Verify Google My Business Reviews: Double-check reviews imported from Google My Business to ensure that they are displayed correctly and reflect the proper details.
  • Automated Posting: Be cautious when automating review posts. Double-check the automated criteria and content to avoid errors, such as posting inappropriate or inaccurate content at the wrong time.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Schedule Reviews in Advance: Plan and schedule reviews in advance to maintain a steady posting schedule. This ensures that your social media and marketing materials are consistently updated with fresh, positive content.
  • Regularly Monitor Reviews: Keep an eye on incoming reviews and manage them promptly. Responding to reviews and posting them quickly can help you maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Automate Where Possible: Automate posting for five-star reviews or other positive feedback to save time while ensuring timely and consistent promotion of your top reviews.
