You can upload custom lists or CRM contacts to create an audience to use with your campaign/s
Within the Properti platform, custom audiences can be uploaded that can be used as an audience within a campaign.

This is suitable for the below types:
- CRM contacts
- CRM custom contacts
- Miscellaneous contact list
Uploading your Customer List:
For the audience to upload successfully, it's important that it is uploaded as a .csv with separate columns for Contact Name, Contact Number, Email Address for example. One row should contain the data of an individual contact only (not joint names like John & Jane Smith) as our uploader will flag this as an error and the list won't upload.
There is also the option to use the Properti contact list builder which displays in table format for the data fields required.
When the Customer List has been successfully imported to Properti, it is now ready to be used within a campaign.

FAQ: How does Meta (Facebook) find people in this audience?
When using a contact list with contact information to use as a campaign audience, Meta scans this audience list with the details it contains. It will then optimise and deliver your ad to potential matches of the contact details as a Facebook profile cannot be created without a First Name, Last Name, Email Address and/or Contact Number.
