If you haven't ran any leadgen campaigns in Properti but are receiving lead notification emails, this is a lead capture email as you have your Meta account connected to our Properti Platform.
There is a lead sync toggle turned on by default, under Meta App settings in the Properti Platform.
This is a lead capture tool to sync all inbound leads to the platform irrespective of whether this was submitted independent of Properti (running campaigns natively on Facebook for example) or via a campaign launched in Properti.
To tell the difference of where the lead has come from, the lead notification will have a breakdown of details that include the below:
If the lead is independent of Properti, it won't have these fields filled in -
Listing Address: No listing attached
Campaign: N/A
Leadgen Form: N/A
If the lead has been submitted via a campaign that was launched through the Properti platform, it will have these fields filled in for example (not including listing address if this is a Brand Awareness Campaign or a Campaign that isn't attached to a property listing) -
Listing Address: 1234 Walsh Street, Milton
Campaign: 1234 Walsh Street, Milton VPA
Leadgen Form: *Could be filled in or N/A depending if the lead was submitted via a Leadgen Form
