What are "Post Messages"?

Post Messages allow you to define the text copy for posts and campaigns. By setting up/customising Post Messages, your content will be consistent when shared across social media platforms.

To configure Post Messages, navigate to the Post Messages section and set up/customise the templates based on your requirements.

Troubleshooting Post Message Templates

If your Post Messages are not displaying as expected when generating a new post, consider the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Verify Template Linkage

    • Ensure that your Post Message templates are correctly linked to the listing type.

  • Check the Post Message Template

    • Go to Post Messages , find the relevant post message template and "Preview and Test" the template to verify it has been set up correctly.

  • Update the Post Message Templates

    • If your captions do not match the expected format, ensure that the correct merge fields are used in the Post Message template. Use "Preview and Test" to test the Post Message Template and don't forget to save any changes.
