Why didn't my trigger automation work?

You will need to check a few details within this article to see why your automation hasn't triggered.

In your CRM, check that the Properti portal box has been ticked/selected.

Next is to check the Properties Tab in Properti to ensure that the listing has been sent across from your CRM to our platform successfully.

In the event that the listing has been sent to Properti successfully, open Automations and look for a banner that says Listing automations are on hold while your CRM feed is set up. If it's there, your CRM feed was only just connected or changed, and New Listing and Update listing status triggers are on hold while your CRM sends its first batch of listings. The banner shows when they turn back on. If there's no banner, check to see if the below applies:

  • Trigger automations can be configured for 7 events

    1. New Listing

      1. Fires when a listing first enters our platform

        1. No other events will trigger this workflow. e.g. changing from offmarket to current will not trigger this workflow.

      2. Listing status must be either current (default) and/or offmarket (if configured)

        1. All other statuses will bypass this workflow

    2. Update listing status

      1. Fires when the listing status becomes either sold , leased or withdrawn (depending on configuration)

        1. Desired statuses must be configured in setup

    3. Price changes up

      1. Fires when the listing's price increases

    4. Price changes down

      1. Fires when the listing's price decreases

    5. Listing under offer

      1. Fires when the listing is marked as "Under offer"

      2. Listing status must be current to fire

    6. New RSS Feed Content Item

      1. Fires when out system syncs a new news/blog article from their connected RSS feeds

    7. New Customer Review

      1. Fires when our system syncs a new customer review from a connected source

        1. Currently only Google My Business
