Understanding Insights in Properti

Properti's insights provide valuable metrics to help you track the performance of your social media posts directly from your Workspace. This article outlines how insights work, what data is included, and when to expect them to appear.

🔍 What Are Insights?

Insights help you monitor the performance of your posts across connected social media platforms. Depending on the platform, you may see the following data:

  • Impressions – How many times your post was shown

  • Engagement – Combined count of reactions and comments

  • Reactions – Likes, loves, etc.

  • Clicks – Link or post clicks

  • Video Views – Available if your post contains a video

⏱ When Do Insights Appear?

  • Post insights may take up to 24 hours to appear in your Workspace.

  • On average, analytics are delayed by approximately 12 hours.

  • If analytics are not yet available, the “Show Post Analytics” button will remain disabled until the data is ready.

📌 Notes:

  • Insight availability and data may vary slightly depending on the platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

  • Ensure your accounts are properly connected in the Apps > Meta Connection section to allow proper tracking.

Troubleshooting Tip:
If analytics are still not showing after 24 hours, try refreshing the Workspace or reconnecting the affected social account.
