How to Use the Dropbox Integration for Property Videos

You can now upload property videos directly from Dropbox into your Properti workspace. Files automatically sync for faster access and simplified management, as long as they follow the correct naming convention.

✅ Step-by-Step Guide

1. Connect Your Dropbox

  • Open the Apps section in Properti.AI.

  • Select Dropbox and connect your account.

2. Create a Folder in Dropbox

  • Add a subfolder in Dropbox (e.g. property video files).

  • ⚠️ Do not upload files directly into the root directory.

3. Use the Correct Filename Format
Ensure your file name follows one of these patterns:

  • address - UNIQUE_ID.ext

  • address - title - UNIQUE_ID.ext

✅ Examples:

  • 123 Main St - ABC123.mp4

  • 456 Oak Ave - Kitchen Tour - XYZ789.jpg

  • 789 Pine Rd - REXID 456DEF.mov

4. Upload Your File

  • Place the correctly named file into your Dropbox folder.

  • It will automatically sync and appear in your Properti workspace → Creatives section, marked with a Dropbox tag.

🔎 Tip: The system accepts IDs with prefixes like REXID, ID, REF, or CRMID – these are automatically removed on our end.

🧠 Good to Know

  • Syncing happens within a few minutes.

  • Automation tools for Dropbox syncing are coming soon.

  • Files won’t sync if the name is incorrect or the file type isn’t supported.
