Connecting to REX

  1. Go to Apps in Properti.AI.

  2. Select REX and log in using your REX credentials (email and password).

  3. Once authenticated, your Properti.AI account will be connected to REX.

After connecting, you can configure:

  • Lead Syncing (enabled by default)

  • Draft and Pre-Market Listings (enabled by default)

Lead Management

All Properti.AI leads automatically sync into REX.

Leads include:

  • Contact details

  • Linked listing or appraisal request

  • Assigned agent

Leads are tagged with the source Properti for easy CRM tracking.

Contacts are created in REX following standard CRM processes.

Syncing Leads from REX

  • Enabled by default: All Properti.AI leads push to REX automatically.

  • Workspace scope: Lead sync is applied per workspace, not per agent.

  • Disabling sync: You can turn it off per workspace if needed.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure agent profiles in REX are complete, including phone numbers and email addresses.

  • If leads are not appearing, check whether lead sync has been disabled for that workspace.

  • REX does not differentiate ownership if multiple agents share a workspace, so leads may appear unassigned.

Audience Building

Use REX data to create custom audiences for Facebook campaigns.

Steps to Build Audiences

  1. Go to Apps > REX > Create Audience in Properti.AI.

  2. Enter a name for your audience.

  3. Select a saved filter from REX.

Creating Saved Filters in REX

  1. Navigate to Contacts in REX.

  2. Apply your desired filters (for example, Smart Categories such as Looking to Buy).

  3. Save and share the filter with your team.

Shared filters will automatically become available within Properti.AI.

Note: Audiences require a sufficient number of contacts. Filters containing only a small number of contacts may not be effective for audience creation.

Listing Management

The integration supports syncing special statuses and conditions to enhance property campaign management.

Draft & Pre-Market Listings

Use REX tags to push listings into Properti.AI with custom statuses:

REX Status

Properti.AI Status

Draft

Draft

Pre-Market

Automation Examples

  • Trigger a "Coming Soon" campaign when a property is tagged Pre-Market.

  • Automatically publish content when a draft listing updates to Pre-Market.

Extra Features Field

The Extra Features field in REX (free-text field) can be used in automation triggers and creative templates.

Key Notes

  • Filters are case-insensitive.

  • Keywords can be used to trigger automations.

  • Works with triggers such as New Listings, Under Offer, Price Changes, and Sold.

Example

Filter: Coming soon

Will not trigger:

Big house in rich suburb, come see the pool.

Will trigger:

Coming Soon: Big house in rich suburb with pool.

Flexible Usage

You can use keywords such as:

  • Pool

  • Prestige

  • Renovated

  • Coming Soon

and other custom descriptors relevant to your campaigns.

Coming Soon Trigger Setup for REX Users

For REX users managing Pre-Market or Coming Soon listings, the automation trigger is configured using the Pre-Market listing status and/or Extra Features field.

Troubleshooting

Receiving Notifications for Leads "Assigned to Nobody"

If you are receiving REX CRM notifications for new leads that show as "Assigned to Nobody", this means the lead came through a Facebook Page that is not mapped to a specific agent in the Properti.AI–REX integration.

Steps to Resolve

  1. Identify which Facebook Page is generating the unassigned leads. This is often shown in the lead notification or source field within REX.

  2. In Properti.AI, navigate to Apps > REX.

  3. Review the agent assignment and mapping configuration and ensure all active Facebook Pages are mapped to at least one agent.

  4. Update the mapping so that leads from the relevant Facebook Page are assigned to the correct agent.

  5. Save the configuration.

  6. Monitor incoming leads to confirm they are now being assigned correctly.

Why This Happens

If a Facebook Page does not have an agent mapped in the integration settings, Properti.AI cannot automatically assign the lead to an agent in REX. As a result, the lead will appear in REX with an "Assigned to Nobody" status.

Additional Checks

If the issue persists after updating the mapping:

  • Confirm the Facebook Page is still connected and active in Properti.AI.

  • Verify that the assigned agent exists and is active in both Properti.AI and REX.

  • Check that the workspace is connected to the correct REX account.

  • Test with a new lead submission to ensure the updated mapping is functioning as expected.

Summary

With the REX CRM integration, you can:

Lead Management

  • Automatically sync leads with contact and listing details.

  • Assign leads to agents through Facebook Page mappings.

Audience Building

  • Create Facebook audiences using REX saved filters.

Listing Management

  • Manage draft and pre-market listings.

  • Use Extra Features filters to trigger automations and personalise creative templates.

Troubleshooting

  • Resolve lead assignment issues by ensuring Facebook Pages are correctly mapped to agents within the Properti.AI–REX integration.
