A tier rating (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum)
Your ranking compared with other agents in your suburb
The score is designed to reflect how visible and credible you appear online—particularly in the places where potential sellers and buyers are most likely to find you.
What does the Agent Grader measure?
The Grader analyses your public online presence, including:
Your Instagram and Facebook activity
Google reviews
realestate.com.au reviews and profile visibility
Other publicly available signals that influence how visible you are online
As more homeowners use AI tools and online searches to find the best local agent, digital visibility has become increasingly important. Your Agent Grader score is intended to indicate how likely you are to appear in those results.

What data does it use?
The Agent Grader uses publicly available information only.
This includes:
Public social media profiles and posts
Public review profiles
Public real estate listing profiles
We never ask for passwords or social media logins, and we do not access any private account information.
Do I need a Properti account?
When you verify your mobile number to receive your score, a free Properti account is created automatically.
This allows you to:
Claim your Agent Grader profile
Update your profile details
Edit your social links
Rescan your score in the future
Is the Grader part of the Properti platform?
No. The Agent Grader and the Properti marketing platform are separate products.
Connecting your Facebook or Instagram accounts inside the Properti marketing platform does not affect your Agent Grader score.
If you want the Agent Grader to use different social accounts, update the links directly on your Agent Grader profile.
Can my office or agency see all our agents' scores in one place?
Not yet.
Currently, Agent Grader scores are available per individual agent only. There is no office-wide dashboard inside the Properti platform.
Agency Grader (office-level scores) and Franchise Grader (network-level reporting) are planned for future release.
