If your number matches your public agent profile, you'll land straight on your full report.
If your number doesn't match
Your public listing profile often shows a different number than the one you carry. No problem: you'll be taken to a short claim form. Add your name, email and at least one social link (Facebook or Instagram), plus a second mobile number if you have one. We then run a fresh scan of your profile and text you when it's ready. Most scans finish in about 4 to 5 minutes, though some take closer to 10. If it's been well past that, refresh the page, and if there's still nothing, email [email protected] and we'll take a look.
A few things worth knowing
Link your Facebook Page, not your personal Facebook profile. The Grader scores Pages.
If you work across multiple offices you may have more than one profile. Once you've verified, you can switch between your profiles from your report.
If you see a message saying multiple profiles are linked to your mobile number, contact us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out for you.
Claiming from your profile page
If you found your own profile through Google, use the "Is this you?" panel to verify with your mobile. Same process, same result: the full report unlocks for you.
