Creative Quality | 12% | How well your content resonates with your audience |
Reach & Amplification | 10% | How far your posts travel, including whether you run ads |
Your score tiers
Your overall score places you into one of four tiers:
Platinum: 80–100
Gold: 60–79
Silver: 45–59
Bronze: 0–44
You're scored on the data available
The Agent Grader is designed to score you based on the information it can access.
If data isn't available for a particular dimension, you won't be penalised. That dimension is excluded from your calculation, and the available dimensions carry more weight instead.
If you don't have any reviews yet, you'll receive a neutral baseline rather than being penalised.
Your suburb ranking
Your suburb ranking compares your overall score with other graded agents in your suburb.
For example, if you're #3 of 12, two agents have scored higher than you and nine have scored lower.
Rankings are shown once there are enough graded agents in your suburb to make the comparison meaningful.
AI Search Visibility
Alongside your main Agent Grader score, you'll also see an AI Search Visibility score.
As more sellers use AI assistants to find and recommend real estate agents, your online presence can influence whether you're mentioned. This score looks at factors such as your reviews, social presence and posting consistency, with reviews being the strongest factor.
How often your score updates
Your profile refreshes automatically every few days as new data becomes available.
You can also trigger a new scan at any time from your claimed profile.
