How your score works

The six dimensions, the tiers, suburb ranking and AI Search Visibility.

Written by Cameron Vaea

Your overall score is built from six dimensions, each weighted by how much it matters to your visibility:

Dimension

Weight

What it measures

Posting Consistency

25%

How often you've posted in the last 30 days

Audience Engagement

20%

Real interaction on your posts. Comments count for more than likes

Reputation & Reviews

18%

Your reviews across realestate.com.au, Google and Facebook

Video Presence

15%

How much of your content is video or Reels

Creative Quality

12%

How well your content resonates with your audience

Reach & Amplification

10%

How far your posts travel, including whether you run ads

The tiers

  • Platinum: 80 and above

  • Gold: 60 to 79

  • Silver: 45 to 59

  • Bronze: 0 to 44

Scored on what you have

If we can't see data for a dimension, you're not penalised for it. That dimension is left out and the others count for more. Agents with no reviews yet get a neutral baseline, not a penalty.

Suburb ranking

Your rank compares your overall score with other graded agents in your suburb. If you're #3 of 12, two agents scored higher and nine scored lower. Rankings appear once enough agents in a suburb have been graded.

AI Search Visibility

Alongside your main score you'll see an AI Search Visibility score. As more sellers ask AI assistants to recommend an agent, your reviews, social presence and consistency determine whether you get mentioned. Reviews are the single biggest factor.

How often scores update

Profiles refresh automatically every few days. You can also trigger a rescan yourself any time from your claimed profile. Full detail on every dimension lives at properti.ai/grader/how-it-works.
