The most common questions about the Grader come down to a handful of causes. Check these before anything else.
"My recent posts aren't showing"
The report shows posts from the last 30 days only. Older posts don't appear, and they don't count toward Posting Consistency. That's deliberate: consistent recent activity is what sellers and AI tools see.
Check which Facebook you've linked. The Grader scores Facebook Pages, not personal profiles.
Posts published on your office's page, or collaborative posts where you're a co-author, are currently credited to the page that published them rather than to you personally. Posting from your own accounts is the reliable way to get credit.
"I just rescanned and things look empty"
A fresh scan usually takes 4 to 5 minutes to fully populate, sometimes closer to 10. Wait a little and refresh the page. If your score appears, dips, then recovers shortly after, that's the scan finishing, not a real drop. If nothing has changed after 10 minutes or so, email [email protected] with your profile link.
"My score dropped"
Going quiet hurts. If you haven't posted in 30 days, Posting Consistency falls quickly.
We periodically recalibrate scoring to keep tiers meaningful. When that happens, many scores shift at once, including the threshold for Platinum.
If you share a social page with other agents at your office, your personal score reflects that the page isn't yours alone.
"My reviews look wrong"
Google reviews are usually matched from your agency's Google Business Profile, shared across the agents at your office. If you have your own Google Business Profile, add it via Update account and we'll score your own reviews instead.
"I've moved offices but my profile shows my old agency"
Your profile is based on your public listing profile, which changes when your new office updates it. If your Grader profile looks out of date or you can see a duplicate, email [email protected] with a link to the profile and we'll fix it.
