If Your Mobile Number Doesn't Match
Your public agent profile may display a different mobile number from the one you currently use. That's okay.
If we can't match your number to your public profile, you'll be taken to a short claim form. Provide:
Your name
Your email address
At least one social media link (Facebook or Instagram)
A second mobile number, if you have one
We'll then run a fresh scan of your profile and send you a text message when your report is ready.
Most scans are completed within 4–5 minutes, although some can take up to 10 minutes.

A Few Things to Know
Use Your Facebook Page
If you're providing a Facebook link, make sure you link your Facebook Page, not your personal Facebook profile. The Agent Grader scores public Facebook Pages.
Multiple Office Profiles
If you work across multiple offices, you may have more than one agent profile. Once you've verified your identity, you can switch between your profiles from your report.
Multiple Profiles Linked to Your Number
If you see a message saying that multiple profiles are linked to your mobile number, contact [email protected] and we'll help resolve the issue.
Claim Your Profile from Google
If you find your agent profile through Google, you can claim it directly from the profile page.
Look for the "Is this you?" panel and verify your profile using your mobile number. The same verification process applies, and once verified, your full report will be unlocked.
