Symptom
When importing a Canva Brand Template into Properti, the wizard fails at the Final Preview step with:
Unable to generate preview
Unable to export Canva design: The service encountered an error when exporting your design.
Cause
This usually happens when you haven't yet accepted your invite to join the Canva team. Even if your workspace looks connected in Properti and you can see the template inside Canva itself, Properti can't complete the export until the invite has been accepted.
Fix
Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folder) for a Canva team invite.
Accept the invite.
Retry the Import Canva Brand Template flow.
