What connecting realestate.com.au does
Once your agency is connected, every review your agents have on realestate.com.au syncs into Properti and sits next to your Google reviews. One inbox, both sources. You can share them to social, show them on your website with a widget, and when you ask a client for a review your review page can offer both Google and realestate.com.au.
Before you start
You need your agency ID. It's the six letters at the end of your agency's realestate.com.au profile URL. For example, in realestate.com.au/agency/your-office-BAGBUG the agency ID is BAGBUG.
How to connect
In Properti, open Apps from the left-hand menu and choose realestate.com.au.
Enter your agency ID and choose Verify agency ID.
Check the agency name and review count that come back are yours, then choose Connect this office.
Your existing realestate.com.au reviews then sync into Properti. The first sync can take a little while if you have a lot of reviews. Properti matches each realestate.com.au agent to a teammate by name. If one is missed, fix it under Agent mappings on the same page.
Good to know
Replies: realestate.com.au doesn't support replying to reviews, so you can read and share them from Properti but not reply. Google reviews can be replied to.
Sharing: realestate.com.au reviews shared to social or shown on your website must follow REA's ratings and reviews branding guidelines. Properti's templates and widgets are built to comply.
Troubleshooting
The agency ID doesn't verify
Check you copied the six letters from your agency profile URL, not an agent's profile.
Agency IDs are letters only. If yours looks different, message us via the chat bubble.
No reviews are appearing
Give the first sync some time, then refresh.
Check the agency that verified is the right office. Groups with several offices each have their own ID.
A review is on the wrong agent
Fix the match under Agent mappings on the realestate.com.au app page.
