Properti builds listing campaigns for you from your listing photos and copy, so they're ready to review when you are.
Where to find them
Home > Inbox. The Ready to run row shows up to three campaigns. Any your head office has prepared for your office come first, with a From head office label. The rest are your newest listing, a recent sale, and your next auction (or another listing if no auction is coming). Listings on the market that already have a published campaign are left out.
Campaigns. The same row sits above your campaigns list. If your workspace hasn't run a campaign yet, the page opens on "Your first campaign is built".
See all shows every campaign that's ready to run.
Run one
Choose Review and run on a card.
Check what people will see in the preview. Use Change listing to swap the property.
Pick a package (budget and length together), or choose Change budget, duration, or dates. The suggested package is only a starting point. The preview also shows the area around the listing your ads will reach.
Check the card or ad credit it will be charged to.
Choose Publish and run it, or Save for later to keep it as a draft.
Why is my campaign running on Meta only?
If splitting your budget across Meta and Google would leave either with too little to spend each day, the campaign runs on Meta and the screen shows how much you'd need to add Google. It also runs on one platform if only one is connected, or if Google Ads needs a square logo in Branding.
Hide the suggestions
Not now hides a single card. On a From head office card, it hides that campaign for everyone in your office, on every device.
Don't show again on the Campaigns page hides the row there. Home still shows it. Bring it back from the Create Campaign menu with Show ready to run. This is remembered in your browser, so you may see it again on another device.
Run a past campaign again
Finished listing campaigns in your Campaigns list have a Run again button. It opens a new campaign for the same listing with the same budget and length, as long as they fit within the allowed range. If not, it starts from the suggested package.
Who sees it
Workspace admins and agents. Campaigns built from your listings need a connected Meta account (with a Facebook page) or a connected Google Ads account (with a square logo in Branding). Agents see listings for the agents an admin has given them access to. Listings need photos.
