Yes. If your office pays per campaign, you can build a campaign and save it as a draft before there's a payment method on file. You just can't publish it until one is added.
If your office doesn't pay per campaign, nothing changes for you.
What you'll see
On the budget and confirm steps there's a note that says No default payment method yet. It's a heads-up, not an error. Keep building.
If you're an admin
Press the publish button on the last step. Depending on how you're building the campaign, it says Publish and run it, Build and Publish, Create Campaign or Confirm. We'll ask you to add a payment method and save it as the workspace default. Once it's saved, press the same button again and it publishes as normal.
Want it sorted before anyone gets that far? Add a payment method in Billing and set it as the default. Here's how.
If you're not an admin
Save your draft. What happens next depends on how your office bills campaigns.
If your office invoices campaigns to agents, you'll see an Invoice this campaign to me button. Click it, or just press publish. We'll set up your own billing account and ask you to add a card. Once it's saved, press publish again.
Otherwise a workspace admin needs to add a default payment method first. Your draft waits until they do. Nothing gets lost. Once it's added, open the draft and publish as normal.
Picked someone under Invoice to user who hasn't added a card yet? You'll see Selected billing user has no default payment method. Ask them to add one, or pick someone else.
Stuck? Chat to us and we'll sort it.
