Listing automations on hold after connecting your CRM

Why new listing and status change automations pause during your first CRM sync, and how to turn them on early.

Written by Product

When you first connect a CRM feed, or your office changes CRM, your CRM sends every current listing at once. So you don't get a flood of Just Listed and Sold posts for listings you already have, Properti puts some listing automations on hold during this first sync.

What is on hold

  • New Listing and Update listing status triggers and workflows (so Just Listed, Sold and Leased posts).

What keeps running

  • Price change, under offer, inspection and review automations are not affected.

When it ends

Automations turn back on 45 minutes after the first listing arrives. If no listing ever arrives, the hold ends 14 days after the feed was connected.

Where you'll see it

While the hold is on, the Automations page (workflows, triggers and schedules) shows a banner: Listing automations are on hold while your CRM feed is set up. It tells you when automations turn back on and has a View feed status link.

The same note shows on Apps > Properti Listing Feed.

Turning automations on early

A workspace admin can click Turn automations on on the banner, then Turn on in the Turn listing automations on? dialog. Listings already received during the sync stay skipped.

Good to know

  • A sold or leased listing whose sold date is before the feed was connected never posts, even after the hold ends.

  • The hold starts again whenever your office changes CRM.
