Until your office has posted, Properti suggests a first post built from your newest listing, so you can get something live in a couple of clicks.
Where to find it
Home > Inbox. A Suggested post card shows your newest listing's photo and address.
Posts. A dashed Schedule your first post slot sits at the top of the calendar.
Schedule it
Click Schedule on the suggestion.
Pick where to post. The post fills in from the listing with a caption and up to 5 of its photos. Change anything you like.
Check the time (it starts 30 minutes from now), then click Schedule Post.
Good to know
It always uses your office's newest listing. To post a different one, use New Post as usual (see Posting and Scheduling from Properti).
The suggestion goes away once your first post has gone out. Already scheduled it? It stays until that post publishes, so there's no need to do it again.
Agents see a listing they're on. Analysts see the suggestion but need an admin to schedule it.
Who sees it
Workspace admins and agents in workspaces with Posts. Posting needs at least one connected channel.
