How to Accept a Canva Invite and Connect to Your Workspace

Problem

You may experience:

• Unable to access Canva within Properti
• Canva not connected to your workspace
• Missing templates or design features

Solution Steps

Step 1: Accept Canva Invitation

• Open your email inbox
• Locate the Canva invitation email
• Click “Join Workspace”

Step 2: Log in to Canva

• Log in using your Canva account
• If you don’t have one, create a new account
• Ensure you are logged into the correct email

Step 3: Switch to the Correct Workspace

• Once inside Canva:
  • Use the workspace switcher (top left corner)
  • Select your agency/workspace name

Step 4: Return to Properti

• Go back to Properti
• Refresh your browser
• Access Canva features again

Troubleshooting Tips

• Ensure you accepted the invite using the correct email address
• Try logging out and back into Canva
• Clear browser cache or try a different browser
• Confirm you are inside the correct Canva workspace (not personal workspace)
