How to Change an Agent’s Email in Properti
Agent emails cannot be changed directly in the backend. Updating an email requires creating a new agent account and transferring connections.
Steps:

Delete the old agent email from the workspace once the new account is active (optional).

Reconnect social media accounts to the new agent account, as any previous connections will not transfer.

Verify all automation, campaigns, and listings are correctly linked to the new agent account.
