How to Change an Agent’s Email in Properti

Agent emails cannot be changed directly in the backend. Updating an email requires creating a new agent account and transferring connections.

Steps:

  1. Invite the new email address to your workspace.

  2. Delete the old agent email from the workspace once the new account is active (optional).

  3. Reconnect social media accounts to the new agent account, as any previous connections will not transfer.

  4. Verify all automation, campaigns, and listings are correctly linked to the new agent account.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Ensure the new email is verified before deleting the old account.

  • Double-check that social accounts are correctly connected under the new email.

  • If automation posts aren’t publishing, review the agent’s social media permissions.
