How to Change the Email Address Receiving Billing Notifications
You can update the email address that receives invoices and billing notifications from Properti via the Billing Portal, powered by Stripe.
This is useful if:

You have a new accounts contact

Invoices need to go to a shared or centralised finance inbox

You’re replacing an outdated or inactive billing contact
Where to Start

Log in to https://properti.ai
-
In the left-hand menu, click Billing
-
Click the Open Billing Portal button in the upper right

On the confirmation pop-up, click Continue to Stripe
How to Update the Billing Email in Stripe
Once redirected to Stripe:

Click Billing Information
-
Tap Update Information
-
Edit the Email field with your preferred billing contact

Click Save to confirm
📧 All future invoices and billing alerts will be sent to this updated email address.
