How to Download Lead Contact Details from Properti

This guide explains how to export your lead contact details from the Properti platform so you can upload them to external systems like Vault or for other campaign purposes.

🔍 Where to Find the Export Option

  1. Go to the Leads tab within your Properti dashboard.

  2. Look for the Appraisal Page button at the top of the page.

  3. Just underneath this button, you’ll see a Download icon.

💾 How to Export the Leads List

  1. Click the Download icon.

  2. A dropdown will appear – select Export CSV.

  3. The system will generate a .csv file containing your lead contact information.

This CSV file can be opened using Excel, Google Sheets, or uploaded to third-party platforms like Vault or your CRM.

The exported CSV typically includes:

  • Contact Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Source of Lead

  • Date Captured

Note: Data may vary depending on what information has been captured for each lead.
