Managing Email Notifications and User Roles

To ensure that only the relevant agent or person receives email notifications in Properti, user roles must be properly assigned. This guide outlines how to modify user roles and manage notifications accordingly.

Adjusting User Roles to Control Email Notifications

Notifications in Properti.ai are sent based on user roles. If an Admin is receiving notifications meant for Agents, you can update their role as follows:

  1. Navigate to the Teams Section

    • Log into Properti.ai.

    • Go to the Teams section.

  2. Locate the User to Modify

    • Find the agent whose role you need to update.

  3. Edit the Role

    • Click on the pencil icon (🖋️) under the Actions tab.

    • In the drop-down menu, change their role from Admin to Agent.

    • Click Save to apply the changes.

Once updated, the user will now receive only agent-specific notifications instead of admin-related ones.
