News Content Scheduling Process

Learn how to efficiently schedule relevant news articles for posting on social media platforms within the workspace.

Key Steps for Scheduling News Content

1. Access the News Content Section

  • Log in to your workspace and navigate to the News Content section from the main dashboard.

2. Activate News Content (if not already activated)

  • If news content is not already activated, ensure it is turned on by following the platform's prompts to enable it.

3. Connect Your Own RSS Feed (Optional)

  • If you wish to use your own news sources, connect your RSS feed to bring in relevant articles automatically. This can be done through the settings.

4. Review Current News Content Weekly

  • Set aside time each week to review the latest news content available in the system. This ensures you stay up-to-date with current trends and topics.

5. Select Relevant Articles

  • Browse through the available articles and select those that would be most relevant and engaging for your audience. Consider the topic, timing, and audience interests when making your selection.

6. Share the Article on Social Media

  • After selecting the article, click on Share to start the posting process to your chosen social media platforms.

7. Enhance with AI (Optional)

  • Use the "Enhance with AI" button to automatically generate improved descriptions or summaries for the article. This can help make the post more engaging and informative.

8. Select Social Media Platforms

  • Choose the appropriate platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) where you want to share the article. Make sure the article fits the platform's content style.

9. Schedule the Post

  • Pick the specific date and time you want the post to go live. Use the calendar feature for easy scheduling.

10. Confirm and Finalise the Schedule

  • Double-check all the post details—content, description, platform, and timing. Once confirmed, click Schedule to finalize the post for automatic publishing.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure News Content Is Activated: Before you begin, ensure the news content feature is turned on. If not, you won’t be able to access the articles.
  • Relevance and Accuracy: Always verify that the selected news articles are relevant to your audience and factually accurate before scheduling them.
  • Double-check Post Timing: Make sure to confirm the scheduled date and time to prevent accidental publishing errors.
  • Approval for Sensitive Content: Avoid sharing sensitive, controversial, or unverified news without appropriate approval from the team or legal department.
