      Workspace: Agent Onboarding by Invite

      Below is a simple workflow to follow for getting your agents onboarded to Properti

      Contained in this article are the following steps to successfully onboard your agent to Properti. 

      1. Send Team Invite to Agent
      2. Accept Invite, Setup Account and Join Workspace
      3. Complete Agent Profile and Connect Social Media Profiles
      4. CRM Mapping
      5. Troubleshooting

      Send Team Invite to Agent

      Nagivate to the Team Invite Tab and click on the Invite Icon.

      Enter in the agent's email address and select "Agent" as their Role.

      Accept Invite, Setup Account and Join Workspace


      Accept Invite
      The agent is going to receive an email from noreply@properti.ai, where they will need to click on "Setup Account"

      Setup Account
      Click on the button within the email that says "Setup Account". They will be navigated to Properti to set up their login credentials. Note that the agent will have to use the same email address the invite was sent to in order to successfully join the Workspace.

      Join Workspace
      Once the agent has successfully logged in with their credentials, they will have to click on Join Workspace.

      Complete Agent Profile and Connect Social Media Profiles


      Complete Agent Profile
      The agent will need to complete their profile under My Profile by navigating to the avatar icon on the top right hand side of the browser.

      Update Profile Picture

       

      Connect Social Media Accounts - Meta
      Navigate to the Apps Tab under account settings and start the connection for Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Below is a step-by-step guide.

      Hover over Step 1 and click on the   Update Profile Picture (1)  button where it will open up a new window with the steps showing so you can follow along as you go, ensuring that you have completed all steps.

        Connect Social Media Accounts - Personal LinkedIn
        Under the LinkedIn connection, select the "Connect" button. A new window will open to login with your LinkedIn credentials. Once this has been entered and saved, your LinkedIn will show as Connected.

        CRM Mapping


        Once you have completed your profile and social media channel connections, your Properti Admin will need to complete some additional steps.

        1. Send Property Listing from CRM to Properti
        2. Check that Property Listing has been received to Properti under the Properties Tab
        3. Complete CRM Mapping under the CRM Mappings Tab
          i) Find the agent's name in the list, then click on the dropdown menu next to their name and select their name from the dropdown.
        4. Save changes.
