Automations: How to Pause or Delete Triggers and Schedules in Properti

You can pause, or delete automation triggers and scheduled actions, depending on whether you want to temporarily disable or permanently remove them. Use the guidelines below to control your automation settings efficiently.

Pausing Automation Triggers

1. In the left sidebar, click on Automations to open the automation settings.

2. Click on the Triggers tab to view all active automation triggers.

3. Locate each active trigger in the list.

4. In the Actions column, click the Pause (||) button next to each trigger to stop the automation immediately.

5. The Status column will update to show Paused, indicating that the automation is no longer active.

Pausing Scheduled Actions

1. Navigate to the Schedules tab within the Automation settings.

2. Identify all active scheduled actions.

3. In the Actions column, click the Pause (||) button next to each scheduled action to stop it from running.

4. The Status column will update to reflect the Paused state, confirming that no further scheduled actions will take place.

Deleting Automation Triggers or Scheduled Actions

If you want to permanently remove an automation or scheduled action:

1. Go to the Automations section from the left sidebar.

2. Click on either the Triggers or Schedules tab, depending on what you want to delete.

3. Locate the automation trigger or scheduled action you want to remove.

4. In the Actions column, click the Delete (🗑️) button next to the item.

5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Confirming the Paused or Deleted Status

Once these steps are completed, all automation triggers and scheduled actions will be either paused or deleted. To verify:

• Check the Status column next to each automation trigger and scheduled action.

• The status will change from Active (represented by a green dot) to Paused if stopped.

• If deleted, the automation or scheduled action will no longer appear in the list.

• No further automated actions will be executed unless reactivated or recreated.

Resuming Automations and Schedules

If you need to reactivate the automations and scheduled actions, simply return to the Triggers and Schedules sections and click the Play (▶️) button next to each paused item.
