What are "team roles" in Properti?

There are 5 team roles for users that allow restricted functionality within the platform

Admin - Has master control to all settings and functions within the Properti workspace


Agent - Will only be able to view listings/creatives/posts/campaigns/etc for their own listings. The agent is able to post to pages that the workspace Admins allocate to them.

There is an "Assign Agents Assets" button in the team list page(the user must be set with the agent role for it to be enabled). The agent can add their own credit card details into Properti so that their payment method can be charged for Agent Paid campaigns.

Advertiser
- Ability to create, post (organic), and run campaigns (paid). People with the Advertiser page role can add their own credit card details for their own campaigns (brand awareness/leadgen etc)

Creator -  Only able to create and post organically

Analyst - View only permissions

A sales agent can run campaigns from their own credit card if they are setup with the Agent Role. Team members who will not be actively using the platform should remain as Analysts
