Workspace: Trigger Automation Posts

Setting up a trigger automation is done through the automation section.

  1. Click on Automation then select Create Automation, select Trigger
  2. Enter your Automation Rule Name > next
  3. Choose Your Trigger > drop-down menu
    1. New Listing
    2. Update Listing Status (Sold, Withdrawn & Leased)
    3. Update Listing Price - Decrease
    4. Update Listing Price - Increase
    5. Listing Under Offer
    6. New RSS Feed Content Item
    7. New Customer Review
  4. Listing Type > select what you want to be included in the trigger
    1. Residential
    2. Rental 
    3. Land
    4. Rural
    5. Commercial
    6. Business
  5. Listing Status 
    1. On Market
    2. Off Market
  6. Listing Auction Type > Used to differentiate triggers based on auction or private treaty.
  7. Minimum Listing Price > Used to differentiate triggers based on the listing price.
  8. Maximum Listing Price > Used to differentiate triggers based on the listing price.
  9. Primary Listing Agent > Leave blank for all agents or select single or multiple agents to be included in the trigger you are setting up > Next
  10. Build Your Action
    1. Create Post > select post
    2. Create Campaign
  11. Creative Type
    1. None (uses the listing images with no creative overlay)
    2. Image
    3. Video
    4. Advanced > the ability to set which creative template gets used for each image. This can include no creative overlay by selecting "Square Ad". For example, Image 1 used a creative template but subsequent images have no template (selecting Square Ad for Image 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.)
    5. For Instagram Stories, please select Image or Video and the relevant story template for your agency.

  1. Post to Facebook Page > select the page
    *If you are setting up an automation for Instagram Stories, do not select any other social media platform, except for Instagram
  2. Post to Instagram Page > select the page and post type, ie: Feed, Reels, Stories*
  3. Post to LinkedIn > select page
  4. Post to Google My Business location > select location
  5. Post to Personal LinkedIn > select who's LinkedIn page 
  6. Keep as Draft > Checking this box will keep your post as a draft and not publish it. Having your posts go to draft gives you the ability to check anything before setting the post live. Drafted posts are found in the Posts section of Properti.
  7. Create Automation
