Account Access Issues – Existing Account or Email Already Taken
If a user has already created an account independently or is experiencing issues accessing their account, follow these steps to resolve common problems.
Existing Account User Setup
This applies when a user has an existing account and needs to be added to a workspace.
User Action:

Log in to the platform.

Navigate to Account Profile.

Copy your User ID.
-
Provide this User ID to your Administrator.

If the password is forgotten, visit Reset Password to receive an email token and reset the password. Then follow the above steps.
Administrator Action:

Navigate to Team or the relevant user management section.

Click on the + icon to add the user.

Enter the User ID provided by the user.
Unable to Access Account - Email Already Taken
This applies when a user cannot access their account because their email is already in use.
Reset Your Password:

Visit the Password Reset link.

Enter the email address associated with the account.

You will receive an automated email with a reset token.

Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
