Account Access Issues – Existing Account or Email Already Taken

If a user has already created an account independently or is experiencing issues accessing their account, follow these steps to resolve common problems.

Existing Account User Setup

This applies when a user has an existing account and needs to be added to a workspace.

User Action:

  • Log in to the platform.

  • Navigate to Account Profile.

  • Copy your User ID.

  • Provide this User ID to your Administrator.

  • If the password is forgotten, visit Reset Password to receive an email token and reset the password. Then follow the above steps.

Administrator Action:

  • Navigate to Team or the relevant user management section.

  • Click on the + icon to add the user.

  • Enter the User ID provided by the user.


Unable to Access Account - Email Already Taken

This applies when a user cannot access their account because their email is already in use.

Reset Your Password:

  • Visit the Password Reset link.

  • Enter the email address associated with the account.

  • You will receive an automated email with a reset token.

  • Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
