What is an Ad Set?
Ad sets help you organise and improve ad campaigns by testing targeting strategies and optimising results.
What is an Ad Set?
An ad set is a group of ads that share the same targeting, budget, and schedule. It helps you:
- Organise campaigns by grouping ads with similar objectives.
- Test different audience segments to find the best-performing one.
- Optimise your strategy using data-driven insights.
- Identify the most effective audience for your campaign.
How to Create an Ad Set for a Campaign
In the Campaign Creation wizard, you can select multiple creatives, such as a video and a still image, within the same campaign.
If using a custom audience, you can also create separate ad sets for location/geo-targeting.
💡 Insight: Running multiple ad sets allows you to test different targeting strategies, including:
- Audiences – Custom audiences to compare engagement.
- Locations – Geo-targeting different areas.
- Creative – Using multiple media formats in one campaign.
Structuring campaigns with ad sets helps compare performance, optimise targeting, and allocate your budget more effectively for better results.
