Using the Creative Library

To guide users on how to effectively navigate and utilise the Creative Library within the brand workspace to access and utilize brand content provided by Head Office.

Key Steps

1. Accessing the Creative Library

  • Click on the "Creative" tab or the paintbrush icon located on the left side of the workspace.

2. Navigating Brand Content

  • Within the Creative Library, users will find brand content provided by Head Office.
  • Utilise the tabs at the top to filter content based on:
    • Images
    • Videos
    • OFIs (only applicable to tier two and above workspaces)
    • Upgrade options

3. Exploring Content

  • Users can click on the numbers displayed to navigate through the content.
  • Alternatively, use the search bar to find specific items by name (e.g., "International Men’s Day").

4. Utilising Filter Tags

  • Head Office categorises content using filter tags such as:
    • Spring campaigns
    • Stories
    • Reels
  • Users can easily locate grouped content by selecting or deselecting filter tags based on their needs.

5. Selecting Content

  • Users can tick multiple filter tags or single boxes to refine their search and quickly find the desired content for posting or running campaigns.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure that the content accessed from the Creative Library aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Avoid making any unauthorised modifications to the brand content without approval.
