CRM Mapping - Agents
Once your user is setup, check that they are mapped in the CRM Mapping under the Team Tab in Properti.
Individual agents need to be added to Properti as a user. If you aren't sure what type of user permissions they need, please check out Team Roles.
When a user is added as an agent user, they will be automatically mapped to their display name from the CRM.
They are automatically granted access to all of their own listings when they feed into Properti for the first time.
We still recommend manually checking CRM mappings, incase the user's display name is different from the agent's name in CRM Mappings
