There are a few reasons why an automation might not work.
The listing data is sync'd across from your CRM providing the Properti portal box is ticked/selected in the CRM for that listing.
Be sure to check this in the first instance as this is the most common reason as to why an automation didn't work.
- If the Properti portal isn't ticked/selected when your listing has gone live, the listing data won't sync to Properti and therefore your automation won't generate. Your CRM is the source of truth, as this is where the listing and it's data comes across to Properti.
Solution: Query the listing in your CRM and check that the Properti portal has been ticked/selected. Make the required changes and "Save". It might take a couple of minutes to sync across to Properti.
Off Market Listing
- If the listing is sync'd to Properti and the listing status is "Off Market" (meaning that it hasn't been published as a current listing in the first instance) and then you change the status to current to push it to the other portals ie: REA, Domain; the listing isn't first seen in Properti as a current listing and your "Just Listed" automation will not have triggered.
Solution: You are able to manually generate the creative and post it to your nominated social media channels.
Listing ID Used Previously
- If the same listing ID for a new listing has been used before and Properti has had the data sync'd from this listing ID previously, it will not register as a new listing and therefore the automation won't trigger.
*This could be if a sale listing has been withdrawn and then re-listed at a later date, or if a sale listing has sold and is now a rental listing.
Solution: You are able to manually generate the creative and post it to your nominated social media channels.
Property Collection Videos
- If you have set up an automation for a multiple listing collection (Open for Inspection, Auction) and have selected a video template to generate as the creative, there needs to be a minimum of 2 listings for the video template to generate and post automatically.
Solution: You are able to manually generate the creative (use an image creative in this instance) and post it to your nominated social media channels.
