You will need to check a few details within this article to see why your automation hasn't triggered.
In your CRM, check that the Properti portal box has been ticked/selected.
Next is to check the Properties Tab in Properti to ensure that the listing has been sent across from your CRM to our platform successfully.
In the event that the listing has been sent to Properti successfully, check to see if the below applies:
