Ad Campaign Shows "Active" but Has No Impressions or Spend

If your ad campaign shows as Active in Properti but you notice there are no impressions or spend, it may be because one of your ad creatives has been toggled off within Meta.  This is uncommon but can occur when a campaign is first launched. The good news is that it’s easy to check and fix.

How to Check if Your Ad is Turned On

  1. Go to your Campaigns tab in Properti.

  2. Click into the campaign that shows 0 impressions or spend.

  3. Click on Meta tab
  4. Look at the toggle next to each ad creative:

    • 🟠 Orange toggle = ad is on and running

    • Grey toggle = ad is off and will not serve

How to Fix It

  • If you see a grey toggle, click it to turn it on.

  • Allow 15–30 minutes for Meta to process the change.

  • Refresh the campaign page to confirm that impressions have started coming through.


Why Does This Happen?

  • The toggle is controlled by Meta when the campaign launches.

  • In rare cases, it may automatically switch off.

  • Unfortunately, this cannot be prevented, but it can be resolved by re-enabling the toggle.


What to Do If It Happens Again

  • If you receive an email from Properti saying your campaign has no spend or impressions, follow these steps right away to check your toggles.

  • If your ads are toggled on but still show no impressions after 24 hours, please contact Properti Support for further investigation.
