Workspace: Schedule Automation Posts

Setting up a trigger automation is done through the automation section.

  1. Click on Automation then select Create Automation, select Schedule
  2. Enter your Schedule Automation Name > next
  3. Select the Frequency (Repeat Weekly/Repeat Monthly)
  4. Select the Weekday you would like the Schedule Automation to Post
  5. Select the Time you would like the Schedule Automation to Post 

On the next screen, you are to select one of the two options;

Listings (Listing specific automations e.g. Open Homes, Recent Sales, etc.)

or,

Market Report* (Market Report specific automations, e.g. Auction Clearance Rates, Suburb Reports)

Listings

  1. Create Post / Create Campaign / Create Post and Campaign
  2. Select the Listing Type
    1. Residential
    2. Rental 
    3. Land
    4. Rural
    5. Commercial
    6. Business
  3. Select Agent (Leave blank for all agents to be captured)
  4. Listing Categories (Leave blank for all dwelling types to be captured)
  5. Select Listing Filters
    1. Recently Sold
    2. Upcoming Open for Inspections
    3. Upcoming Auctions
    4. Recently Leased
    5. Recently Listed for Sale or Lease
  6. Listing Filter (select duration of time that existing data will be collected)
  7. Minimum Listings Required (Select 1 if you are using an image creative and 2 if using a video creative)
  8. Creative Type (Image/Video)
  9. Post to Facebook Page > select the page
    *If you are setting up an automation for Instagram Stories, do not select any other social media platform, except for Instagram
  10. Post to Instagram Page > select the page and post type, ie: Feed, Reels, Stories*
      1. For Instagram Stories, please select Image or Video and the relevant story template for your agency.
  1. Post to LinkedIn > select page
  2. Post to Google My Business location > select location
  3. Post to Personal LinkedIn > select who's LinkedIn page 
  4. Keep as Draft > Checking this box will keep your post as a draft and not publish it. Having your posts go to draft gives you the ability to check anything before setting the post live. Drafted posts are found in the Posts section of Properti.
  5. Create Automation
