Workspace: Dashboard

The dashboard in Properti provides a snapshot of workspace performance.

In the Properti Dashboard, you have the convenience of viewing a quick overview of your platform activity. You can easily adjust the data periods using the filter tool located within the Dashboard. Simply look for the dropdown menus highlighted in Orange.

Live Ad Campaigns: This refers to how many active campaigns that are currently running.

Ad Campaign Impressions: These refer to your paid campaigns and are captured from over the last 30 days.

Published Ad Campaigns: This refers to how many campaigns were published over the last 30 days.

Unscheduled Draft Posts: These are organic posts that have not been posted to social media pages. You could have an unscheduled draft post if you have set up an automation within Properti for a "Just Listed" post that you have opted to "keep as draft". The automation picks up a new listing and generates the creative/post message text in line with the automation setup but rather than posting direct, it's held as a draft that requires manual posting.

Post Impressions: These refer to your organic posts and are captured from over the last 30 days.

Published Posts: This refers to how many organic posts were published over the last 30 days.

Summary: A visual graph to see collated data relating to Spend/Impressions or Spend/Clicks (see the dropdown next to "Summary" to filter).

Your Categories: This refers to how you have categorised your paid campaigns and reflect same on your invoices/billing reports

Categories Defined

Agency: Campaign category selected by user if the agency is paying for the campaign
Agent: Campaign category selected by user if the agent is paying for the campaign
VPA (Vendor Paid Advertising): Campaign category selected by user if the vendor/seller is paying for the campaign
Uncategorised: Campaign category if no category has been selected by user

👉  It is recommended to categorise campaign types so these reflect accordingly on invoices/billing reports and makes for easier trust accounting reconciliation

Platform: This refers to the spend across both Meta and Google Ads

Organic Posts: This refers to organic posts that have been published both the current week and previous week to see how your activity compares

Benchmark CPM: This refers to your positioning on the spend per thousand impressions, or cost per mille. The lower your CPM is, the more cost effective your campaign is.

Benchmark Budget: This refers to your positioning on campaign budgets (collectively and not individual).

👉 Benchmark data is subjective. There are different elements to a campaign that make for a successful one. If you would like more information on campaign success strategies, please email support@properti.ai
