How to Create Campaigns in Properti
Before creating a campaign, make sure you’ve already generated or uploaded the creative you’d like to use.

Steps to Create a Campaign

Start a New Campaign

Go to Ad Campaigns and click Create Campaign.

Select the listing the campaign is for, or leave blank if it’s not tied to a specific listing.

Enter a Campaign Name.

Set Campaign Details

Content Category – choose the relevant option.

Spend Category – choose the relevant option.

Purchase Order Number – only required if you are using Campaign Track.

Invoicing Method – leave blank to use the default payment method, or select a specific method if an agent is paying for the campaign.

Facebook Page – select the page to run the campaign from.
Click Next.

Choose Objective

Select the campaign objective that best matches your goal.

Click Next.

Define Audience

Select audience(s) and set location targeting.

Include/exclude age groups.

Include/exclude interests and behaviours.
Click Next.

Select Creative
-
Choose the creative you uploaded or generated.

Review and edit post text or landing page links by clicking inside the text box next to the creative.
Click Next.

Set Budget & Duration

Enter the campaign start/end dates.

Enter the budget.
💡 Tip: Slightly over-provision your daily budget (by a few dollars) to help ensure the campaign spends the full amount.
Click Next.

Review & Launch
-
Review all campaign settings.

Click Confirm to launch the campaign.

Saving a Draft Campaign
If you’re not ready to launch yet, you can save your progress using the top-right options:

Save Campaign

Save and Close

Save and Discard
