How to create campaigns in Properti

The first step is making sure that you have generated or uploaded the creative to use with the campaign.

How do I manually upload creatives?

Create a Campaign

Go to Ad Campaigns and click on "Create Campaign". Select the listing that the campaign is for, or leave blank if this campaign is not relevant to a listing.

Name the campaign.

Select Content Category to whichever is relevant to the campaign
Select Spend Category to whichever is relevant to the campaign

Purchase Order Number - not required to be filled out unless you're using campaign track

Invoicing Method - leave blank if using default payment method or select relevant payment method if for an agent who is paying for the campaign for example.

Select the Facebook Page relevant to the campaign

Next.

Select your Objective. Find out more about campaign objectives

Next.

Select your audience/s and set relevant location based targeting.
What is the best audience and budgets to use for my campaign?

Include/Exclude age groups.

Include/Exclude Interests & behaviours.

Next.

Select your creative to go with the campaign. You have the opportunity here to check post text/landing page links by clicking on the text box next to the creative you are using for this campaign.

Enter your campaign duration and budget. You can over-provision the daily budget to be a few dollars more and this is just a tip to ensure the campaign spends the full amount.

Review all of the campaign settings on the screen before clicking on Confirm to launch the campaign.

If you need to come back to the campaign later, you can click on the button in the top right hand corner to Save Campaign. "Save and Close" or "Save and Discard".
