This audit page shows the three checks for every page on the connected Facebook account. If your office page has stopped publishing, Apps > Meta can also show an Account audit for that page under Connection Health. It runs the same three checks plus The page is not restricted, and shows how to fix the first one that fails. Click Copy the fix for the page owner to send the steps to whoever manages the page. Once it's fixed, click Re-check. If the connection has expired, it tells you to Reconnect instead. Deleting the connection is not the fix.

The Page is owned by a Business Portfolio - No
The easiest thing to do here is to create a Business Portfolio (through Meta Business) to house your Business Facebook Page. See the below guide.
Create a business portfolio in Meta Business Suite and Business Manager
* While you are creating this make sure you add yourself in as an admin and it is highly recommended and best practice that the business owner is also added at this time.
Is an Admin on the Business Portfolio - No
If there is already a Business Portfolio that owns your Facebook Page, make sure that the admin of this account also makes you an admin, below are the instructions.
Add people to a business (Manager) portfolio and assign a business asset
Already connected, but posts aren't going out?
Go to Apps > Meta and scroll down to Connection Health. Under Publishing health it says Publishing is working, No recent publish, or names your office page as needing attention along with Meta's error. Open Pages and accounts to see each connected Facebook page and Instagram account marked Working or Needs attention. If the connection has expired, the next section changes to Reconnect. Click Continue with Facebook there. Deleting the connection won't fix it.
Facebook Page Dropdown Is Greyed Out or No Pages Appear
If the Facebook Page selection dropdown is greyed out or showing no pages when connecting to Properti, the most likely cause is insufficient page-level permissions.
Steps to resolve:
Confirm that the user is assigned as a Page Admin on the specific Facebook Page they are trying to connect — not just a member of the Business Portfolio.
To check: In Meta Business Settings, navigate to Pages > select the page > People — verify the user has the "Manage" (Admin) role on that specific page.
If not, a current Page Admin will need to grant Admin access to the user from within Meta Business Settings.
Once Page Admin access has been confirmed, return to Properti and retry the connection.
Important: Being a Business Portfolio admin does not automatically grant Page Admin access. The user must be explicitly assigned at the page level.
The Facebook page has connected 🎉 but not the Instagram account 🙁.
For a successful Instagram account connection, your Instagram account must be connected to your Facebook account.

Your Instagram account must also be a "professional" account.
