How replies work
Properti lets you reply to your Google reviews without leaving the platform. For each review, Properti drafts a reply for you. You read it, edit it if you like, and approve it. Nothing posts without you. Once approved, the reply publishes to your Google Business Profile. Availability depends on your plan.
Replying to a review
Open Reviews and select the review you want to respond to.
Choose Reply. Properti drafts a response based on the review.
Edit the draft until it sounds like you.
Approve it. The reply posts to Google.
Why the drafts mention suburbs and property types
You'll notice drafts naturally reference things like the suburb and the type of property. That's deliberate. Review replies are public content on your Google profile, and replies that mention where and what you sell help your profile show up when people search for agents in your area. You can always edit these details out if they don't fit.
Why reply at all?
Responding to reviews signals an active, engaged business to both clients and search engines.
Future vendors read your reviews. A thoughtful reply to every review, including the hard ones, is part of your pitch.
Replied-to reviews contribute to a healthier Google profile, which feeds your Agent Grader score.
Tips for negative reviews
Don't fire back. Acknowledge, keep it professional, and take the detail offline.
Edit the AI draft carefully here. You know the situation, the AI doesn't.
Replying to realestate.com.au reviews
realestate.com.au doesn't support review replies, so you can't post replies to realestate.com.au reviews from Properti or anywhere else. You can still share them to social and show them on your website.
Which plans include replies
Replies are part of the Reviews add-on and Reviews Plus. If Reply is locked, open Unlock features to add it. See What your plan includes in Reviews, and how to add more.
