Reviews comes in three levels
Most plans get the basics. The Reviews add-on and Reviews Plus build on top. What you see in the Reviews menu depends on which level your office has, and on your plan: some franchise plans include Reviews already, and some entry-level franchise plans don't include Reviews at all (LJ Hooker's Brand plan, for example). Unlock features in the app shows exactly what your office has.
Included with most plans
Google and realestate.com.au reviews sync into Properti once connected.

How to tell which level you have
In the Reviews menu, features your plan doesn't include show a padlock, and the settings for them are greyed out with a note about what unlocks them.
Open Unlock features in the left-hand menu. It shows your current plan, what each plan includes, and the add-ons available to your office.
Adding Reviews or Reviews Plus
Open Unlock features.
Scroll to Add-ons. Choose Compare what's included in Reviews vs Reviews Plus to see the full list.
Choose Add next to the one you want. It's billed with your subscription and switches on straight away.
You need to be an admin of your workspace to add it. If your office is part of a group, your head office may have already arranged Reviews for you, and you'll still see it under Unlock features.
If you don't see the add-on
Franchise plans differ. Some plans include Reviews already, so there's nothing to add (LJ Hooker's Advanced Teams plans, for example, include Reviews, with Reviews Plus as an add-on). Some entry-level plans don't offer the add-on, and Reviews starts at the next plan up (LJ Hooker's Brand plan steps up to Brand + Listings). In both cases the plan comparison under Unlock features shows which plan gives your office Reviews.

Can agents add it?
Only workspace admins can change the plan. Agents can ask their office admin.
